Nisekoi to Premiere on Aniplus Asia this Month as Part of June Bride Special

Southeast Asian Pay-TV anime channel Aniplus Asia announced through its social media platforms that they will air the popular romantic-comedy anime “NISEKOI” as part of the yearly traditioned June Bride Special.

NISEKOI premieres June 8, every Wednesday at 7:00pm, back to back episodes with encore every Saturday at 8:00pm.

Synopsis:
10 years ago, Raku made a promise to marry a girl when they reunite, and has held on to the pendant she gave him.

One day, he meets Chitoge Kirisaki and they end up becoming fake lovers by a weird turn of events, despite their terrible chemistry.

Although he is interested in his classmate Kosaki Onodera, Raku must continue this farce.

How far will he go for a love so truly fake?

Which girl holds the key to Raku’s pendant and to his heart?

Before the release of the said anime on Aniplus this June, NISEKOI was first watched in 2016 when it was aired on Animax Asia along with the 1st and 2nd seasons of the said anime and there were a series of reruns after that.

NISEKOI (released in English as Nisekoi: False Love) is a Japanese romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi. It was first published as a one-shot manga in Shueisha’s seasonal Jump NEXT! magazine before being serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump in November 2011.

In May 2013, it was announced that an anime adaptation of Nisekoi had been greenlit. A second season titled Nisekoi: aired from April to June 2015.
