Local film distributor Pioneer Films announced via its social media accounts that they will be showing Lupin The Third: The First in the Philippines this January 29 (Wednesday).

The fan screening will be on January 25 at SM Megamall and Ticket price at 750 pesos including exclusive Lupin III T-Shirt. Tickets are Available at http://www.smcinema.com and the partial list of cinemas will be announced soon on Anime Movies Philippines and Viewers’ Choice Philippines social media accounts and on our website.

Lupin III, also written as Lupin the Third,  is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Monkey Punch. The series first appeared in Weekly Manga Action on August 10, 1967. Japanese TV Network YTV began airing the first Lupin III anime television series on October 24, 1971. It was aired in The Philippines from 1999 to 2000 on GMA Network.

Lupin The Third: The First was announced and released on December 6 in Japan.
