First revealed on their social media platforms, POPTV Philippines announced that they will stream on their video on demand streaming platform some of their new Tagalized anime such as SPY x FAMILY, Mob Psycho 100, Assassination Classroom, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure and others.

The streaming platform has revealed one by one the new Tagalized anime to look forward to on POPTV Philippines this year.

The first to be revealed is this year’s popular anime SPY x FAMILY where the announcement artcard features Anya, who is one of the protagonists of this anime.

Next came the popular shounen anime Assassination Classroom where the character Koro-sensei is featured in this artcard.

If we recall, the Filipino dubbed of this anime was first released on the streaming platform iflix before it aired on the free-to-air TV channel GMA Network with the title Invincible Teacher. Right now we don’t know if the dubbed version from Telesuccess Productions Inc. they will use or have their own dub in said anime. We will find out in the next few days.

Next is the famous action sci-fi anime Mob Psycho 100. which is based on the work of ONE who also wrote One Punch Man. We can see in the artcard Shigeo Kageyama who is the main protagonist of this anime.

One of the animes they will voice in Filipino is the popular adventure fantasy anime Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. What we can see on the artcard is Jotaro Kujo, who is the star of Part 3 of the said anime or better known as Stardust Crusaders.

So far, POPTV Philippines has only revealed four anime that will be given the Tagalized anime treatment. According to the information we have gathered, POPTV Philippines has acquired more than 20 anime titles and others are ready to be translated into Filipino.
