MUSE SG announced through its social media pages that they acquire the license and distribution rights for the upcoming romance-fantasy anime BEAST TAMER.

Even though it has been announced that the license and distribution rights of the said anime have been obtained, there is no word yet on which streaming platforms it will be available to watch. BEAST TAMER is a Japanese light novel series written by Suzu Miyama and illustrated by Subachi. It has been published online via the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō since June 2018. It was later acquired by Kodansha, who has released seven volumes since May 2019 under their Kodansha Ranobe Books imprint.

An anime television series adaptation by EMT Squared is scheduled to premiere in October 2022. The story follows beast tamer Rein, who is banished from the hero’s party, because he can only use animals. He becomes an adventurer and meets a cat girl, who is part of the strongest species.
