Streaming and distribution company MUSE SG announced through its social media platforms that they have obtained the streaming and licensing rights for the second season of the supernatural-romance anime “In/Spectre“

That announcement means it can be streamed on their YouTube channels, or can be watched on video-on-demand streaming partners across South East Asia. Stay tuned for more information on the official social media pages of MUSE SG regarding the release date and where to watch the said anime.

In/Spectre is a 2011 Japanese novel published by Kodansha and written by Kyo Shirodaira with illustrations by Hiro Kyohara and since volume 2, by Chasiba Katase. A manga adaptation with art by Chasiba Katase has been serialized since April 2015 in Kodansha’s shōnen manga magazine Shōnen Magazine R and since December 2019, also in Monthly Shōnen Magazine. An anime television series adaptation by Brain’s Base aired between January 11 and March 28, 2020. A second season is set to premiere in 2022.
Synopsis:
At the young age of 11, Kotoko Iwanaga was abducted by yokai for two weeks and asked to become their “God of Wisdom,” a mediator between the spirit and human worlds, to which the girl quickly agreed but at the cost of her right eye and left leg. Now, six years later, whenever yokai wish for their problems to be solved, they make their way to Kotoko for consultation.
Meanwhile, Kuro Sakuragawa, a 22-year-old university student, has just broken up with his girlfriend after he fled alone when the two encountered a kappa. Seeing this as her chance to become closer to him, Kotoko immediately makes her move, hoping to get married to Kuro one day. However, she quickly realizes there is something more to Kuro. With this knowledge, she asks for his help in solving the various issues presented by the supernatural, all the while wishing her newfound partner will eventually reciprocate her feelings.
